In college, I learned design using a pencil and paper. That experience was invaluable since it forces you to brainstorm ideas. To this day I still work this way, and the only times that I struggle to come up with an idea is when I sit down at the computer without any preparation.
Since college, I have worked at a publishing company in both the advertising and editorial
design departments, and then moved on to an advertising agency. The past few years have been busy with developing this business with a focus on web site design. I find that website design gives me so much more creative freedom....and it's fun!
I really like what I do + I hope that it shows.
